10 days late?

I am 10 days late, i have done a pregnency test on the 2nd day of being late and it said i am not pregnant, but i still have not come on. what could this mean. me and my bf had sex over 40 times as i am trying to get pregnant. i was due to come on on the 8th april and i didnt. i bleed for one day on the 3rd april.

These are some of the signs, i am tierd all the time, which is not like me as i have ADHD, i am never late, im normally early i eighter come on every 18 days or every 25 days and now its 35 days, i have need to toilet alot, even when i havent drunk for like 5 hours, back aches and been feeling very sick (heaving) and sometimes being sick, and the most obvious one being 10 days late

sometimes preg. tests can come out negative even if you are pregnant. sometimes when u tests, its too early to have a high abbundance of the pregnancy hormone for the test to detect it. If i were you i would make a drs appt. as soon as possible though

Go to your doctor, you could be pregant or something else could be wrong with you. Hope for the best!
i would do another test. i did a test that was neg and did another one 3 days later and i was prg. i was already 3 weeks. good luck. cant help with the symptoms bcoz i only threw up twice in 1 day.
I did a pregnancy test a few days after being late and it came out negative. Then I tested again about 10 days later and it came out positive. You should try testing again. False negatives are not uncommon, but a fake positive is almost impossible.
