3 days late??

okay, I had my period on Oct 17th. It was only light and no real flow. it only lasted a day when In reality they are usually 3 days with a flow. Then I started to have another one 2 weeks later when I should have been ovulating( Just came off pill)

Well now my period was supposed to start wednesday and its saturday and still nothing. I took 2 tests 3 days before my period was supposed to start because i felt sick and breast tenderness (like I was preg) If I took a test now (3 days late) is this a good time to get an accurate reading? IF its negative again should I just assume that Im not?

I have also had food adversions (sickness a bit) and tiredness. Breasts dont hurt anymore. I have gained 2 lbs and I dont usually gain weight,, Im pretty consistent. what was all thewierd bleeding and now im late? ive never been late except when I was preg with my other two.. seriously.. help!

Your wacky periods might have something to do with you just coming off the pill.

I would wait until you were a week late to take another test. When I got pregnant with my daughter, I took a test on a Thursday morning and for some odd reason I decided to take another the next night (Friday) My 1st one on Thursday come out negetive... the one on Friday came out positive!

It just depends on when the HGC levels in your body are able to be detected! Good luck!

You may be pregnant.

You know your body better than any of us. I was three days late and I took the test and got a faint positive. I used first mornings urine, because its more concentrated. Even if you get a negative, I would not assume that you are just not pregnant. There are plenty of women who got on the first couple of test after a late period and still were pregnant. So if you get a negative, wait awhile and retest. if still a negative, go to the doctors or ER and get a blood test. Yes they can do pregnancy test at the ER, thats were I had mine confirmed after I started bleeding when I was pregnant. Unfortunately I miscarried, but hey it happens.

Also, you can test 19days after you've had sex. So if you remember when you did the do, count 19days from that date and test.
You could be pregnant and just dont have enough of the hcg produced yet... I started oct 17 too, I should be starting tomorrow (lets hope not though :P) I'm not sure if it will show up positive yet.. I would wait a few more days and test. And if it STILL says negative but you're not convinced.. go to a doctor and ask them to test ya.
When I went off the pill, my periods got all messed up, sometimes with the symptoms of being bloated, crampy, cranky, and sore boobs, but no period. But I never had any food aversion. I think it could go either way here, and you just have to wait and see. Good luck.
its possible that you can b but i was 5days late and iw asnt but its diff for all ppl! goodluck and lets hope that you are if that is wat you want!

Ive also been getting Breast Tenderness and being sick and just nausea , and also backache and little cramps and headahces ,

I am only 3 days late, Im going to do a Test tomorrow.

and if it's still negative i will wait until Im a week late and try again, Thats what i will say to you.. do a test, if it's neg wait again until a week Late.

If it's still neg and You ain't got your period I suggest you go to your GP. it might be something to do with your pill otherwise.
